Trama:Dopo una cruenta battaglia sul pianeta Cybertron tra gli Autobots e i Decepticon per la conquista del potere, compare improvvisamente nello spazio la “Singolarità di Unicron”, un buco nero in costante crescita che minaccia di inghiottire Cybertron e l’intero universo. Gli Autobots scoprono il Planet Force, un grande potere che potrebbe salvare la Galassia, ma che sarebbe molto pericoloso se cadesse nelle mani sbagliate. Inizia quindi un lungo viaggio dei Autobot, guidati da Optimus Prime, alla ricerca del Planet Force prima che venga trovato dai Decepticons, durante il quale passeranno di pianeta in pianeta, incontrandone gli abitanti e vivendo con loro numerose avventure.
